本课程是相关财会类、管理类专业的一门专业基础课，其内容涉及《管理研究设计》和《STATA应用》两个部分。课程内容强调研究导向，培养学生独立从事科学研究的能力。管理研究设计部分主要结合管理学研究的问题导向，培养学生通过发现问题、提出问题、文献回顾、假设提出和通过实证分析寻找问题答案的能力。STATA应用部分主要介绍当今社会科学领域被广泛使用的STATA统计分析软件，并用于实证数据分析，以培养学生运用STATA能够对数据进行科学分析的能力。

英文简介

This course is a basic course for accounting and management majors, and its content involves two parts: "Research Methodology in Management " & " Application of STATA ". The course content emphasizes research orientation and cultivates students' ability to engage in scientific research independently. The part of Research Methodology in Management mainly combines the problem-oriented of management research, and cultivates the students' ability to find the answers by finding problems, asking questions, reviewing literature, proposing forward hypotheses and empirical analysis. The STATA application part mainly introduces the STATA statistical analysis software which is widely used in the field of social sciences. This course will use it for empirical data analysis in order to cultivate students' ability of scientific analysis.
