Organizational behavior study people's psychological and behavioral laws in the organization, so as to improve the ability of managers to predict, guide and control people's behavior, in order to achieve the organization's established goals. The main contents of the course include: basic concepts and theoretical systems of organizational behavior, individual perception, ability, attitude, values and personality, individual differences and management, motivation theory, group and group behavior characteristics, group size and structure, group norms and conformity, group cohesion, group thinking and group transfer, group decision-making technology, team definition and characteristics, the formation and development of effective teams, leadership, communication and conflict, organizational change and organizational development.
